That is why we are delighted to announce that all of our writers can now make money from Loop Media. This is a feature that has been a long-standing demand of our community and we can finally announce that we have integrated it successfully.

Our idea behind Loop Media was always this: leverage technology so writers have all the tools needed to express themselves, and unify them in a community of readers and writers, rather than being isolated in a solitary blog on the internet.

Not only does it make the content accessible to a select few who have the ability to pay, but it also forms exclusive bubbles of content consumers. 

We wanted to go against the grain and find ways in which we could maximise ad revenue for our writers. 

The ad revenue can accrue in two ways, although we have some ideas on how we can further increase the different streams. 

Remember, this is only the first version of our creator economy, and we need your comments on how to improve it. 

As the name suggests, ads with images and texts will be placed in articles, in between paragraphs. These are google adsense ads, and they barely generate any revenue

 - this is where we provide something new, they generate up to 100x times more than static ads!

As compared to static ads, video ads are the ones that generate the most revenue. To maximise this, we have introduced the concept of upvoting and downvoting an article. 

To register a vote, the reader must watch a rewarded ad, typically not exceeding 15-30 seconds. By watching the ad video, the reader would not only be registering his vote, but also unlocking the ability to comment, a pivotal reason why it is called a rewarded ad.

We are also experimenting with timing for a period of 2 weeks, to test whether votes can be maximised if there is a time limit involved, capitalising on the urgency.  

How to get the most out of rewarded ads: Create engaging content - the more controversial, the better. 

 From the topic, title, conclusion and ending questions. 

The more you motivate readers to like/dislike the article, or to comment, the more chances of them watching an ad. 

Articles that ask readers if BRICS is the future, if Trump should be persecuted or if the Western’s LGBTQ agenda is for everyone will get more likes/dislikes & comments - generating more revenue for you! 

Through our backend, we will be tracking the article views, comments and votes. Based on the data, the money would be redistributed to the writer. 

Once the earnings of the individual writer pass a certain threshold, they will be able to withdraw their money. We want to make earning money online seamless on our platform. 

Content writing online usually takes place through freelance writing, and writing on Loop Media is more or less like being a Freelance writer, but with added benefits. 

You are not told what to write, nor do we impose any censorship on your views.  

We have partnered up with third party ad-networks, based on our monthly impressions and views. In order to keep improving and increase the amount of money accrued from a single view of an ad, we have to keep growing. 

This is because attractive ad networks are available when our website impressions cross a certain threshold. The more writers we get, the more readers will come, and therefore, the creator economy will generate more and more. So make sure to share this article to other writers!
