Anyone who has a uterus and ovaries could become pregnant and give birth people who are born male and living as men cannot get pregnant at transgender and a non binary person maybe able to however get pregnant.

It is possible for a person to be pregnant. If they have uterus, the uterus is the womb. Which is where the foetus develops. Male reproductive organs include testicles and a penis but no uterus the term man and women refer to a person's gender which is the socially constructed characteristics that differentiate the traditional binary sexes male and female.

Unlike a person's biological sex, which an individual's reproductive organs and secondary sex characteristics define, gender alone doesn't define the person's gender. 

In short, Cis Male can't get pregnant but a person who identifies as Male and have uterus and ovaries can get pregnant. Other than that, Trans Men and Non binary person can get pregnant. 

So, we can say that anyone who has uterus and ovaries can get pregnant.
