But regrettably, there hasn't been any reform in the laws or governmental regulations. But similar guidelines already exist in Thailand. Gun laws exist there. 

Is it a question of execution? Is the administration sincere?

There have been numerous attempts to strengthen the law and make it stricter. But at the same time, there hasn't been any adjustment to make it more enforceable when it comes to implementation. 

Could this be a turning point following the slaughter of children at the daycare centre? Is this the time when Thailand will actually seize this opportunity and effect change?
