Three old cases catch fire amidst the election: 

 has been filed against Donald Trump and his three kids as a result of a New York probe into their family business.

According to the claim, they misrepresented "by billions" the worth of their real estate to obtain loans with better terms and avoid paying taxes.

The Trump Organization allegedly committed multiple frauds between 2011 and 2021.

, a Trump Tower unit that was "wildly inflated" and given an "unreasonable" price was valued at $327 million, in a building where the record sale for an apartment was $16.5 million. 

The Trump Organization estimated the Florida Mar-a-Lago club to be worth $739 million. According to the attorney general's office, the true value was closer to $75 million, and it only brought in less than $25 million annually.

It was also claimed that among the assets whose values were allegedly overstated was Mr. Trump's own penthouse in Trump Tower, which was valued at $327 million.

Although her agency lacks the authority to bring criminal charges, it is reporting claims of criminal wrongdoing to the Internal Revenue Service and to federal prosecutors.

"Donald Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to unjustly enrich himself and deceive the system," Ms. James said in a statement. "With the help of his children and key employees at the Trump Organization."

In order to obtain better financing and lower tax rates, Donald Trump and three of his children lied about the value of his properties, including hotels, golf courses, and other assets. 

Ms. James is requesting a court order prohibiting the former president and his kids from holding executive or director positions in any New York-based companies. She also wants the Trump Organization to be prohibited from conducting real estate deals there for a period of five years.

The revelation follows Ms. James' rejection of at least one offer to end the protracted civil inquiry into the firm's business operations. Ms. James is a Democrat vying for re-election in November.

E. Jean Carroll, who first accused Donald Trump of raping her more than 25 years ago, intends to 

 a lawsuit against the former American president under the Adult Survivors Act of New York.

Donald Trump will be sued on November 24, according to Carroll's attorney Roberta Kaplan. Meanwhile, Alina Habba, who represents Trump, claimed that adding the new accusations would be "extraordinarily prejudicial."

To further grasp Trump's viewpoint, Judge Kaplan requested for Trump to take a deposition. Carroll's attorneys now seek to compare Trump's DNA to a dress they believe Carroll was wearing during the claimed rape.

There’s already been a lot of articles around the FBI 

 in Trump’s Florida house. And it’s probably a case that will continue for a long time. 

The former president has been saying he declassified the information. But Trump hasn't offered any proof that he actually did declassify the documents. 

Since the Justice Department provided a picture of some of the seized documents with colored cover sheets indicating their classified status in one court filing, the discussion about declassification has become extremely intense.

This week, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a decision by a lower court that barred the Justice Department from reviewing the classified documents that were obtained from Mar-a-Lago. Judges argued 

 the notion that the records had been declassified; two of the three judges on the bench were Trump appointees.

 Wyoming Senator John Barrasso responded to Donald Trump's statement last week that "you can declassify merely by saying it's declassified, even by thinking about it," by saying, "I don't think a president can declassify records by saying so, by thinking about it."

It seems the Trump cases are heating up again.
